When you book or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your appointments. If you tell us about allergies, skin conditions, medication or pregnancy, we keep that information only so we can treat you safely.

We use your details to manage your bookings, send your booking confirmation by email and an appointment reminder by WhatsApp, and contact you about your treatment. We never sell your data, and we only send offers if you have agreed to receive them.

4. Legal basis

We process your data to provide the service you have booked, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and, for health information and optional cookies, with your consent, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Who we share it with

Your data is seen only by the salon team and by the trusted providers that host our website and booking system and deliver our emails and WhatsApp messages. They may only use it to provide those services to us.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your client record while you are a client of the salon and for as long as the law requires for invoicing. You can ask us to delete it at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

7. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, make bookings work and remember your language and cookie choice. These are needed for the site to work. We would only use optional cookies, such as visitor statistics, if you choose "Accept all". You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Just contact the salon. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
